Our Publication: A Pedagogy Guide
In 2021, we worked with the amazing Susan Wilcox to share our experiences building Power 50 and women's fellowship into Calling In and Up: A Leadership Pedagogy for Women of Color Organizers*. We invite you to make time when you can to read the full guide and immerse yourself in the stories and the thinking that inspired the tools and session guides you’ll find on this website.
The Pedagogy Guide:
Shares the story of how we came to Calling In & Up
Loosely follows our planning and facilitation process
Offers tools around program development like how to assemble a super power team, create a program from scratch or tweak your program, and outline a year-long flow inclusive of different gatherings
Includes writing and drawing pages for those who learn by creative expression and recentering -- We welcome the avid note takers, diarists, doolers, poets, and more!
